Content is king, but how it is shared can massively impact stakeholder engagement

Many organizations struggle with supplying content to their stakeholders in a just in time manner. These organizations are also challenged with determining how to supply that content in a way that increases readiness and adoption. Utilizing the Salesforce Content Management System (CMS), Change Management practitioners can present the right content to the right audience, increasing adoption and change readiness. Unveiled in November 2019, the Salesforce CMS is a new tool that professionals can use to enhance offerings around digital change management. Salesforce CMS provides content creators with the ability to create a centralized repository of content that can be shared with customized user groups across multiple Salesforce clouds. The CMS also has the functionality to share content in external environments, such as Instagram, Facebook, and additional social media platforms.

The functionality that the CMS provides is an important step for OCM practitioners to partner with internal and external technology team members to determine content needs and delivery methods. The tools that Salesforce presents can provide a great vehicle for content execution and delivery. This session will highlight CMS use cases, best practices, and how to influence Stakeholder Engagement through the CMS. We will discuss the importance of using the CMS to impact change readiness, and ultimately, how to impact Stakeholder adoption!”
